Here is a picture of the WRONG PLACE to cut the wires! Cutting and crimping the wires this close to the MPEM plugs makes it very difficult to make a repair the wiring, if necessary. It is recomended to cut the wires 8 - 12 inches from the plug. It also make for a much neater package once you have placed each wire in the harness and you tape it all when you are done.
